I love "throw together" meals...

Don't you just love a meal you can throw together in one skillet? You just heat, add a salad and eat. ;-) That was lunch today. And it was good. I used a new ingredient, the Savory Garlic Cooking Cream. Yeah, it was VERY good. :-) Here is the recipe I, literally, threw together. You can change any of it to suit your needs/use your leftovers. :-)

Veggie/Chicken/Spaghetti Thing - great name, don't you think? LOL.. ;-)

Left over spaghetti from last night's meal. (or cook any pasta you wish)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 bag steam fresh veggies - I used the mixed veggies with the corn, peas, carrots and green beans
about 3 tablespoons of the Philadelphia Cooking Cream
1 can of chicken breast, drained
1 small tomato, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
about 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
dried parsley - to garnish

Place skillet over medium high heat. Put in soup and a couple of large tablespoons of cooking cream. Add about 1/4 cup of water and stir together to break up the soup. Add the leftover spaghetti and coat in the "sauce." Put the veggie bag in the microwave and cook according to directions. Stir spaghetti to keep from burning, and keep it heating through. Add veggies when they are done, as well as the chicken, tomatoes and salt and pepper. . Heat everything through, stirring often. When it is hot turn off the heat and add the shredded cheese and parsley. Serve with salad. :-)

Best part, 1 pan to clean up. I don't really measure anything, so that's even less dishes. :-) Enjoy. :-)

I have a business blog...

Well, things have been busy around here. :-) "Little Mark", finally, finished Texas History. He's on the tail end of his 2 week break, and then it's back to school.

We only have one more 4-H competition to prepare for. He has until July to get his record book ready. He participated in the District photography contest and received 2nd place in 2 categories, so he moved those photos on to State.

My Young Living business is growing, in baby steps. I'm learning a lot, and having great success with the oils I have used. :-) I started a blog, just for the oils, so if you care to take a look at that feel free. :-)

Love,
Wendy Darling
